The most important thing about any person in the world is their heart. If your heart is good and kind, then it doesn’t matter whether you call yourself an atheist or a Christian. Again, to a great extent, this is true, but it’s not always the case. So let’s take a look at two scenarios. In one, your girlfriend, who is a devout Christian, has vowed herself to celibacy until marriage. She does not want to have sex and you, of course, are respecting her decision. Is it such as bad thing? Have you not had enough of meaningless sex? Is sex that important, after all? And what is more important – having a great friend, a companion, someone who knows your heart and who helps you in the times of need, someone who is always there for you and who is also funny, smart and fun to be around? Or someone you don’t necessarily like as a person but who is always open for sex? Be honest to yourself and we know you’ll come to the conclusion that, when it comes to romance and dating, there are definitely more important things than sex.
On the other hand, there are many Christian girls who are not celibate. Yes, it is possible – you can be religious and full of faith and still practice safe, loving sex. But bear in mind that we are not talking about mindless, pointless, loveless sex with multiple partners here. We are talking about a beautiful act between two consenting adults who love each other and who see that act as a physical manifestation of their affection and devotion to one another. In many religions, sex is a holy act. So it’s entirely possible to find a Christian girl who is not saving herself for her husband but she’s not promiscuous or reckless either.
Now that we’ve tackled that one hard question, let’s see some other good reasons for dating a Christian girl. For instance, Christian girls are very responsible and fair. They will not stand you up, keep you waiting or make you look like a fool. You can always count on a Christian girl to keep up her word, and that’s unfortunately a rare thing these days. Furthermore, Christian girls are, like we already said, very kind and warm and caring, and they will make you feel incredibly appreciated and cared for, which is an amazing feeling.
You can also learn a lot from a Christian girl. Christianity is a great religion with great history and it’s full of stories and morals that can be applied outside the faith too, in everyday life. You will become a better person by dating a Christian girl and your life will be richer and more meaningful. Who knows, maybe you will even open up to the faith.
